You will be able to do business with any company in Canada or the United States, and in some instances, internationally. As a Financing Consultant/Loan Officer, you can work either full or part-time.

We provide access to all lenders and support with all funding requests.

Please note that all positions are straight commission.

Position: Financial Consultant/Loan Officer
Location: Nationwide

As a Consultant/Loan Officer, you will source and service all of your own business. Specifically, you will undertake sales activities to secure funding (working capital, equipment leases, lines of credit, etc.) for any type of business. You will meet and consult with clients to identify and collect related information. This is an excellent opportunity for sharp, detailed oriented individual who is a people-person and is good with numbers.

Passion for helping the business owner, an understanding of their challenges and a desire to provide the utmost in customer service are key requirements. Attention to detail, integrity, ambition, self-management, reliability and desire to succeed are core competencies.

Specific experience might include any business to business sales experience, prior leasing or lending experience. Ability to work with and understand financial mathematics, accounting concepts and related items is required.

Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and process optimization as well as ability to meet deadlines are also essential.

Knowledge of and access to communication technologies is essential.
Responsibilities:

• Source new business
• Perform needs analysis and evaluation
• Prepare financial reports providing accurate analysis of client’ results
• Conceptualize, implement and manage financial solutions
• Submit requirements to Equis Capital Finance head office, with all required supporting documentation (including financial statements, executive summaries and any forms needed)
• Provide solutions to client that address all previously identified needs
• Remain in contact with client while funding request is submitted to lenders by Equis Capital Finance
• Liaise with client and Equis Capital Finance regarding further requests for info during the decision process
• Ensure all documentation is completed for funding to take place
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction
  

Future growth will result in having your own team and full support from Equis Capital Finance, and the potential of having your own network of referral agents, therefore ability to network effectively is essential.

Training will be provided if deemed necessary.

Position: Referral Agents
Location: Nationwide

This is an opportunity Equis Capital Finance has created that can help individuals earn an income as a referral agent. Although we do not require any experience, certain exposure to business owners will certainly help your success.

Equis Capital Finance is always eager to work with other professionals who are involved in a similar industry. However we feel it is more effective to have a standard in place for compensating anyone who would like to refer business to Equis Capital Finance, regardless of what their current endeavors are.

In this role, as a Referral Agent, you only have to provide us with a contact name, phone number, brief overview of the business, description of the financing required and the permission for one of our loan officers /consultants to contact the business owner.
Depending on the nature and size of the transaction, we will pay from 5% to 20%, (up to a maximum of $50,000 per deal), of the fees Equis Capital Finance earns on any funded deal.
